CHANGE ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT
US Intuit Online PayrollI HAVE TO CHANGE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT TO AN EMPLOYEE. IT IS THE SAME BANK. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE? DO I NEED TO NOTIFY YOU FIRST ?

You need to change it on the Employee Record.
Go to your Employee Center double click on the Employee Name. In the "change tabs" drop down list select "Payroll and Compensation Info" then click on the "Direct Deposit" button.
