Certified Payroll and Form WH347
How do I do a certified payroll in QuickBooks? Also is there anyway I can find form WH347 in here as well? Thanks so much!

You can create a certified payroll report that is a substitute WH-347 form from the reports menu in QuickBooks. Choose Reports | Payroll & Employees | More Payroll Reports in Excel | Certified Payroll Report.

Okay Great, thanks! I have one more question for you, I do my payroll biweekly so would I need to do the certified report every week after I enter time or every other week after doing payroll?

To issue a certified payroll, you have to change to a weekly payroll. That's part of what a certified payroll is all about.
