CD Burning issue in ProSeries DMS

ProSeries : 2011

I attempted to burn a CD from DMS and received an error message "OLE Error C0AA0407"

Contacted tech support.  After 1 hour with support, rep indicated that 'higher ups' in his support team indicated there is a known problem.  Better off not using it.  WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE IS THAT?

Support person suggested doing a drag-and-drop to CD directly.  He logged in remotely and saw that didn't work either ( I had already tried it).

Where do we go from here?  Not use the CD burn function?  What's the point in having a feature that doesn't work?  Don't sell a product that isn't ready for use!

Seems like Intuit is really dropping the ball this year with their products.  Had over 6 hours of phone support just to install DMS (first time user) .  The problem was later acknowledged in their DMS Release Letter 9.1.  Appears that the practitioner is where the quality control is first tested.
