I haul cars, I'm looking for an invoice template to track broker, carrier, shipper, receiver. The payer is not always the shipper or receiver. Sometimes the booker is not the payer. Plus, keeping notes on each pickup/delivery address directions.
You can't track all that on an invoice. The person paying you is the customer. The people you have to pay are vendors. If you have a customer who has paid you to haul various cars at various times, you can set each haul up as a job for that customer. You can associate vendors bills with jobs and run detail job cost reports that show all income and expenses by job.
