Capabilities?

Hi All;We're probably going to purchase QB Premier on the recommendation of our accountant and have some questions as to it's functionality: 1. Can multi-users be assigned permissions as to what data they have access to? (We want to be able to have the employees enter their own time card and job code info at a dedicated terminal) 2. Will multi-users be able to pull up on-screen reports showing PO/SO info, organized by any displayed field? (PO date, Ship date, Customer PO, Company SO#, drawing#, job description, etc., for example) Thanks for any help you can offer. Brian
