Can't print an open PDF to DMS - it's already a PDF - yuck

I can't print a pdf to dms.

I just installed DMS 7.0 and now when I have a PDF file open and try to print it to DMS it will not let me.  Instead I have to save it and then drag it into dms.  Anybody else have this issue?

If there are security/access restrictions on the PDF then you cannot use another PDF printer (like the one with DMS,) as that would just let you bypass those settings.

Tech support gave us a registry entry to change on all the machines.  This included the XP and the Win7 machines.  I have to believe this is a problem for everyone.

No if we actually print out of acrobat into DMS, the file looks normal at first, but when you switch clients and then come back, that file is all garbled/gibberish/greek  call it what you want, illegible. Unless a secret is revealed, you need to copy n paste or drag n drop!

Issues Resolved on Release 7.0.3
The following issues have been resolved on this release:
• Printing Files to DMS: Printing a PDF to DMS was generating the error "The file being printed is already in PDF form." This issue has been corrected.
NOTE: After printing a PDF to DMS, you may want to verify that the PDF is viewable. In certain situations, printing a PDF to the DMS PDF Printer is not recommended - in those cases you would want to save the PDF and then import the PDF file to DMS.
• Displaying Files in PDF Viewer: We have addressed common errors related to certain PDFs not displaying correctly in the DMS PDF Viewer.
• Opening Documents in DMS: We have resolved the multiple refreshes and slowness associated with opening certain PDF documents in DMS
