That is what I did. My profile is not there. 92584 zip code. Name Sue Reno.








You did complete the Certification course and pass all 3 exams right? You have to be certified before your profile will appear in the Find a ProAdvisor website.
As for the 3 page website -- within QB, click on Online Services>Websites to get started.

Yes I did complete the Certification a while ago, and passed all 3 exams. I completed the profile, and clicked on the boxes to publish it. What else do I need to do? My profile is not on the pro advisor listing.
Is your membership current or did it expire? If you're current and certified within the last 3 years, then call the tech support number or use the online chat to have them help you.

If you have done all the things that Michelle has suggested, please do call ProAdvisor Customer Service. Something is not right with your account, and they will be able to fix it for you.



Did you check the "publish" boxes that put the profile on Intuit sites?
Tlane0923... that would have been my suggestion.
Log on to the ProAdvisor Member Website at www.qbproadvisor.com and click on My Account. On your profile, be sure to check the box that says publish to Intuit web sites.
