In order to fill out my online IL-941 I need to enter my Illinois Business Tax number. Yes, I have a Federal Tax ID, but that is not what is being requested. I was told to look on my IL-501 payment coupon book, but there is no ID number identified on the coupon book. Anyone have any ideas what I am looking for?

Go to http://www.ilsos.gov/corporatellc/ and search for the corporation. The State file number will be located in the results
The Secretary of State Corporate File number is different than the Illinois Business Tax number.
