Cannot send statements via gmail

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows

I am using QB 2011 and have been sending statements via gmail for the last 4 months. This month it asked for my password for the first time. I tried several passwords but still could not sent statements. Any ideas?  Called Tech Support and they said they could fix it but it would cost me $99.
