Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! During this time, you can shop, but can’t place orders online, activate products or update account info. Cancel this account! i don't have your product! You are taking money from my card!!!!

QuickBooks Canada

Before christmas I tried to join Intuit. i began the sign up process and gave my debit card details, before I realised I could not join as it was USA only and I live in UK

Now I find you have had the cheek to take money from my account for something I never got!

It's been very hard trying to contact you. I've had to resort to this robot.

I want this account cancelled immediately. And stop taking money from my debit card. destroy the details you have.

Thank you to all who have responded, the matter has now been rectified.

No one on the forum can help with your issue.

Also, your post is confusing.

You say you signed up for the US version, you live in the UK and posted in the Canadian forum.

Who have you tried to contact?

If you explain which version you are being charged for and where you are someone can post a link of who you should contact.

The first thing you should do is contact your bank and put a stop payment on the transaction.

My question is if you didn't sign up how are you able to access Live Community if you are not using the product.  Also you should take up your complaint with Customer Service.
