can you have 2 bank accounts such as a checking acct and a Paypal acct?

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows

most of my e-commerce transactions are by credit card and I have the money deposited to my checking. I have one catalog company that orders a lot and pays via Paypal. How do I record payment but not show in my checking account?

You can have several bank accounts if you wish one for each type of transaction if necessary.

Paypal downloads to its own Bank account within Qb if you set it up that way.
