This is a general answer.  If you need something specific, see the bottom of the answer.

In general, when you set up a quickbooks company file, you are asked what tax return you will be filing.  If you intend to use companion tax software such as Lacerte, or others, then respond with the correct form, 1120, 1065, 1040 etc.    Otherwise, leave this blank.  IF you fill it in, then quickbooks will automatically try to "Map" your general ledger accounts to the various tax forms that can be used with the mapping features of those tax products.

Some work better than others, Lacerte works quite well from my limited experience with it.  In any case, you can override these descriptions to map correctly to any tax software you have.

So, in general, if you are not trying to map to tax software, and they appear there, you can either delete them if you dont like seeing them, or you can simply ignore them.  They wont bother you.  In future setups, if you dont answer the "What tax form will you use" question, then they wont show up at all.

If you are not going to use your tax mapping, but will send your file to a CPA or tax preparer for taxes, be sure to check with them to find out if the tax mapping is of use to them.  In my experience, they will do the tax mapping to your accounts from within the tax software anyway, and not rely upon what Quickbooks assigned.  BUt, your preparerer might use them.  Worth the question.

Specific Questions.   If you want to have a detailed discussion of tax line numbers then contact whoever is doing the tax prep work and ask them  in general it tells you the form, and the line like "Schedule K-1: Net ST Capital Gain or loss"   Since the lines called out are 8825, that is the Rental Real Estate Income and Expenses of a Partnership or an S Corporation form, and I would expect that that the ABCD points to specific properties.

Here is a general tip for searching for tax form information on google.  Put in a lowercase "f" for "f"orm in front of the form number.  Ususally, you will get the irs form returned as the first item.  Example put in "f8825" and hit enter at google, and see the form appear.
