can quickbooks print payroll quarterly tax reports?
Which will do payroll and print 940 and state forms quarterly reports as well as sales tax reports.

The 940 will print out. The supporting documentation for sales tax report is included in "reports" "vendors" "sales tax liabilities". So yes, QBs does both of those quite well.

Hi mare76,
I would suggest for you to subscribe to the Enhanced Payroll service. You will be able to print Federal, State, 1099, W-2, etc. from your QuickBooks.
The Sales Tax report is available with QuickBooks Pro, Premier, Enterprise and POS
