Can QB Pro 2012 and QB Premier 2012 access the same data set in multi-user mode at the same time?

QuickBooks UK

We have just purchased a copy of QB Premier 2012 and also have a copy of QB Pro 2012.
My question: Can we access and work on our company data set using multi-user mode with QB Premier installed on one machine and QB Pro installed on the second machine or do we have to downgrade our copy of Premier to Pro to enable this?

The solution

I have to admit I have never come across this before. However, I would think that the company file can be access by both versions simultaneously. This will, of course, observe the caveat that the Pro version will ONLY be able to execute operations that the licence entitles it to, and will NOT be able to execute operations that are only available in the Premier edition.
