can not e-file simple return
Lacertediagnostic not allowing e-file due to IDed, educ exp, and forms etc. but this return has none of that. Why can't I e-file this return NOW?

difficult to say based on your note. If I am able to clear all my critical diags then I can efile. There must be some input or something keeping those diags coming up for your client... Click on the diag and see if you can delete all input....

I figured it out that my Sch A was set to "print" even though they were not itemizing their deductions. Once I marked to force standard deduction on the input screen then the Sch A went away and I could e-file. I didn't actually have any critical diag. other than the one saying the e-file would be rejected. Thank you for the reply!
