Can I use copyrighted material?

I need to know the legal or copyright issues about using the presentations, handouts, and manuals from the intuit website. Under training they have pdf's that would help in training my clients. Can I distribute these? Use them for webinars?

If you're a ProAdvisor, yes you can use these for training your clients.  It is one of the benefits of ProAdvisor membership.  You aren't supposed to sell the handouts or training materials though.
