Can I set up manual payroll in Quickbooks Pro 2013

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2013

I can find lots of suggestions on how to set up manual payroll in Quickbooks Pro but in my 2013 version, non of them work.

Can you process payroll manually in the 2013 version. I'll be really upset if I can't!

imafunk - did you ever get an answer to this?  I also want to set up manual payroll in Pro 2013, but that doesn't appear to be an option :(

Yes!  thank you!  I'm very new to QB (1 week) for a sole proprietorship and am trying to add vacation time (I know, owners don't get paid for vacation, but I need to include it for an audit calculation).  Is vacation a service item or a customer?  thanks
