Can I set up different prices for the same service for each customer?

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows

Is there a way to have the price for the service change with each customer? Like if every client is charged a different price for a service without having to manually entering each price for every invoice?

Yes, turn on price levels in preferences, then under the lists menu select price level list and create as many as you want - best to try to limit them though, one price list can be assigned to many customers.

Then on the customer record, the additional info tab, assign the price list to that customer. When you sell to them, the price list that is assigned will be used

If I've helped, mark it solved.
