Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). Can I set up a class in Simple Start for a vacation home rental business

US QuickBooks Simple Start : 2010

can I set up a class in simple start for a vacation home rental business? We have two properties and manage then ourselves.  I have been using Quick Books to keep track of expenses on the first one but didn't have it set up properly.  Now we have a second and I want to enter all the 2011 expenses so we can track per property.
