The link provided brings me to the bank's public homepage. If I link from QuickBooks I then have to submit a form and go to the appropriate business banking page. I have the link that goes to the business accounts homepage, where I sign in. I'd like to just update the link in QuickBooks. Right now it is more efficient to open safari and click a bookmark.
That data can't be edited - I believe it is provided by the bank. Note that hitting the download icon in the Download Transactions window takes you to one page and hitting the bank's logo (which may be hanging off the chevrons on the right side of the Download Transactions toolbar) may take you to another. Try them both to see if one is better.
You can edit the toolbar by clicking customize or right clicking on it (in order to make all the icons visible or get rid of ones you don't use).
Also, you can drag the url from Safari into the right side of your system dock.
Could you send us the name of your bank and the 2 urls? I'd like to do some checking and see where the wrong url might be coming from.
