You can e-mail many different types of forms with QuickBooks and can attach other types of documents to your e-mail as you would attach things to any e-mail. But, if you are asking about attaching pdf's to your Vendor in QuickBooks, that is not currently available. You can enter notes or other bill/payment related information for Vendors, but it will not be in pdf form.
