CAN CPA DO BOOKEEPING AND AUDIT ON SAME COMPANY ??

Not tax, but can a cpa do bookkeeping and also the audit of that same company?? is there a citation or reg on this ?

There is probably an AICPA rule on this (see aicpa.org).  If an accountant is not independent the accountant cannot issue an audit report.
