California Estate Tax
I am an Arizona CPA, but have a California Estate on which to report that is under 2 Million in valuation so there is no federal liablility. Does anyone know what the deduction is in California. Also what is the form I use for Estate Income tax in California. I cannot find either form on my tax program. Perhaps California like Arizona does not have a tax levied on the estate value, but what about the estate income tax?
