CA Withholding Tax Rate Change - How to do?

Thanks for posting. All the State withholding Tax rate changes will be applied in the Tax tables and for your case, the Tax rate change for CA withholding is already available in the latest Tax tables(We had a special release to address this and is available for download from 11/1) and you can get these updated in your QuickBooks by downloading them from Employees Menu--> Get Payroll Updates and select Download entire Payroll update and click on "Update".
