In addition to that great list, provided by charleswalker366, the other option is to start any business, but with the objective of writing a green strategy into your business plan from the beginning.
Delivering any product to market, can be made more competitive by reducing material through-put (all waste, in all it's forms) and increasing efficiency. Planning this and other 'green strategies' into your business plan will highlight many opportunities for growth and the fiscal sustainability of your company. The byproduct of this type of introspection is a 'Green' company.
Any company can be a 'Green' company.
