I save a copy of the return as a pdf. in a Windows 7 "My documents" file. From the "My Documents" window, there is the option to burn a file onto a CD. This is found in the blue pane near the top of the window (where it says "organize"). Maybe this is sorta low tech, but it's quick and easy.
