Budget reports in ISW associated with classes don't show amounts

US QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions

Our company has over 25 classes (depts) that I prepare budgets for and I am not able to get reports in ISW with any amounts in the columns, even if I just want a consolidated company number without the class detail. Is there going to be a way in the future to select the class that you want to display or is there a way to display the entire agency budget with no class?

There is a way to select the classes because we did it. But then the next time we called up the statement after rearranging a few accounts in the general ledger, the template became corrupted and we had to start over. The program really isn't a fully functioning program to use in a subsequent fiscal year.
