Breakdown of Intuit Payroll Expenses

Since you use Intuit Online Payroll (IOP) you are unable to run a Profit & Loss report within it.  You would need to export your Payroll to a Accounting program and then run the P&L through there. 

In regards to the other items we have excellent reports that can be ran for any date range you choose.  All can be located within your Reports tab in IOP once you are logged in.

Here are some reports I recommend to obtain the data you seek:
 

• Total Cost : All costs associated with paying your employees and contractors, including total pay, net pay, deductions, company contributions and taxes
• Billing Summary
  All charges we have made to your account.
• Tax Liability
  This report shows your state and federal taxes withheld, paid, and owed for the selected time range.
• Tax Payments
  All payroll tax payments you have made
