Booking Month

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2009

When I efiled, I paid $300 by ACH on the 27th Feb. The bank w/d on the 3rd Mar.

I think I should book it Feb. But the parson said it be booked in March. The due date was the end of Feb. When should I book it?

I would consider this as a check that you've written.

You don't record the check on the date it clears the bank, you record it on the day you write it.

So I would agree with you that it should be dated the 27th of February.
