Billing form line error
ProSeriesHas anyone found a fix for the billing line error of too many charcters on the

Yes it has been doing it to me from day one. This one you can at least delete the
( - 2010) and then it will pass.
BUT:
This morning when I did update program I am now having the same problem in the PA return on client billing line for "use tax worksheet". This one will NOT let me delete it or override it so I am now stuck on hold until they fix it. Cannot efile returns with these errors.

Oops ... Yes I can delete it in PA ... I deleted the word " worksheet" and it made the error go away.
This is still something that they need to fix in programing. We certainly should not have to delete these each and every return.

Every single Rate per form billing is off by one line for every new client. Although there are no forms being used for over 8 worksheets and forms, they are being billed in spite of not using those forms. And the forms and worksheets that I AM USING ARE NOT being billed. I have to redo the billing for each line for each new client. This is extremely time consuming, and embarrassing in front of the client, as I rebill and non-bill each and on the Preparer worksheet, or the Additional note, or the Miscellaneous notes. every form! Talk about venting!!!!!! Each line being billed is exactly one line off and is billing the form in front of the one that is supposed to be billed, which is one line down. Example: Sch E page 2, Form 8863, Edu Credits, Form 982, W-7, W-4, IRC 1.1012-1. All this for a 17 year old! Not only that, all my EIC clients are not receiving their EIC portion of their refund and I am using Form 8867 and the Due Diligence worksheet, the EIC sheet and making notations of questions and answers. And MORE IMPORTANTLY, Form 8867 fails to enter the childs last name and middle initial if you check box A to fill in the information. This is a program error.

It is also doing the line jumping on the billing to old clients not just new ones. This is an issue they need to fix !!!
ALSO: While they fixed the error for the federal billing error that we had to delete the 2010 off so there weren't to many characters they did NOT fix the billing problem on the PA return billing where it says to many characters on the billing line called 'use tax worksheet' !!!
These are TWO issues that still need taken care of.

The invoice line 8 Standard Paragraph (Enter Text to appear on the invoice is in RED also and indented to the point it won't take my standard sentence. This is happening on "EVERY CLIENT", not just new, but old ones too. my standard line is:
All Forms, Schedules, Supporting Statements and Supplemental Worksheets.
but it doesn't fit. I have to remove the indent, delete the word "and", replacing it with "&" so it fits. This is Feb 15th and they don't have their act together yet! They need some new programers for certain. Glad I sold Intuit stock.
