I cancelled after the initial 30 day trial, I am not only being billed once but twice on my credit card. I have been in the hospital in and out and cancelled after the initial 30 day trial. I have called and it still appears on my card. What more do I have to do?

Kathy, I have no idea, but very often I have gotten free offers from places which say I have to cancel BEFORE the 30 days are up, or else I'm automatically subscribed for another year or whatever. I don't have whatever program you refer to on a trial basis, so I don't know if this is different from things I've dealt with.
Also, you've reached a community of volunteers, not the "powers that be" at Intuit.
