Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). Bill still on AP list

QuickBooks Canada : Premiere Accountant's Edition 2012

I have paid a bill with a credit note and it still shows as a bill to be paid on the Pay Bills window. The amount does not carry forward onto the AP summary. How can I remove it?

You will have to apply the credit to the bill. Go to pay bills and click on the bill, you see the credit available, click apply credit. This should clear things up.

There is no credit left to apply.  If you look at the History of the bill it shows the credit that was applied.  It just does not clear the bill.
