If you are talking about making a payment onto your credit card - just write a cheque from the bank with the other entry being entered in the credit card liability account.

Unless you created a Bill for the credit card payment when you completed a reconciliation. In this case you go to Pay Bills.

Hi - You can use "reconcile" under "Banking". this works great as you can check off all your purchases and when completed it will ask you if you want to write a cheque for payment. It is like reconciling your bank register.
