You need to have the required addresses in your address book. Create mail, mouse click on "To" then select the names of everyone you wish the message to reach.
The problem with doing this is that you are also sending your clients' email addresses to other clients, not keeping all client info confidential.
When anyone doing nothing needs help, I will gladly help that person do nothing.

I agree with Charlotte. Take one extra step after clicking on "To". As you enter each name click on "Bcc" (Blind Copy). This will prevent everyone from seeing each others email address.

I know how to do that and I know about blind copy. How do i get the email addresses in proseries to outlook without cutting and pasting 1000 email addresses. I am looking for an automated way to transfer email addresses and sending emails to them in groups of 20-50.
