Balance sheet out of balance

US QuickBooks Premier : 2009: Standard

There is an amount on my balance sheet that is under credit card liability as negative. The number has no supporting details available and makes the balance sheet out of balance that amount. I have rebuilt data twice and it has not corrected. I have also downloaded latest update.
