How do I enter automatic payments?
Our regular monthly bills are paid automatically through our bank. How do I record these transactions. Currently I write checks and change the check number to ET. Is there an easier more efficient way of recording such transactions?
Go into your write checks window, click previous until you are on the payment you are speaking about. Choose Edit - memorize check. Another window will pop up asking how often the payment is to be made, if you want a reminder, and when it should start and how many times you want it to do it. Let me know if you need more help!
