AUTO FILL MEMO FIELD IN JOURNAL ENTRY

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows

I just updated to QB Pro 2011. How do I set QB so that when I'm entering a general journal entry the Memo I entered repeats on the subsequent lines of that JE?

The solution

Seems like it's been awhile since I've been able to auto fill the memo lines of journal entries. Intuit may have removed that feature in the updates.

An alternative is Control C to copy the previous memo line and Control V to paste it.
