Not directly as a part of the Doc Center in QB 2012.
If you are using Outlook for your email program with QuickBooks, when you email an invoice through QB, you have the opportunity to manually attach any kind of file you want.
But that is all done outside of QB and not a part of the Doc Center feature directly.
