Association Agreements
A local bookkeeper and I have been discussing an association where we could sub for each other during absences. I am an accountant with extensive bookkeeping experience while the other person has bookkeeping knowledge and experience. We also have a notion to share store-front space and costs at a later date.We have not been able to find any sample agreements that would cover our situation. Has any one on this forum any knowledge about that type of agreement?
