Assigning sales reps to jobs.
Is there any way that I can assign sales reps to individual jobs rather than to customers?

Not using the "sales rep" dropdown, that is only assigned to the customer. The only alternative is to create a "custom field" for sales rep and enter the information there. But that won't let you choose a sales rep from a drop-down list, it will just be a field to type information into that you can add to the job (and customer) record and have show up on invoices, etc.
