Does anyone out there have an assessment form they use when going onsite with a new client to assess their QuickBooks? This is the step before I tell them how we are going to fix it. I know ones exist for other softwares and thought I would start with the community out there and see what you would recommend.
A great new feature introduced in 2009 and 4 new tools in 2010 is the Client Data Review (CDR). To fully utilize it, you should be using QuickBooks Premier Accountant Edition 2010. CDR helps you not only assess the condition of a data file, but you can find & fix things MUCH faster and document the work too. It is awesome and reported to save an average of 4 hours per engagement!
