It's a start but I think you can go much further. I'd like to see a bigger banner ad centered across the top. If you have an email link or any other ways to contact you, I don't see them. How about a blog/freebie info about going green? Why should I buy at those prices, what is the environmental or long-running advantage?
Hope that helps some,
Deni
Thanks for the input Deni. The problem is that I don't know how to do those things. This is our first attempt at web design and are limited at the moment to intuit templates for storefront. Would love some input from someone who has worked with this template.
Deni:
Thank you for your comments, our site is exactly one month old were still awaiting our consultant meeting with intuit. We want a blog do you know how to create. Pricing for product listed are competitively priced we work hard with our suppliers to get the best pricing obviously the more product we sell the better or leverage will be on purchasing goods.
Sincerely
Lawrence

Lawrence,
This is what I see as a user and a person who has spent 3 months building our new website with our designer Ironclad360.
1. Page is too wide. I miss everything on the right side.
2. The picture of the door, I have seen this before. No need to have a picture just to have a picture. And what does it have to do with the website or products. It dwarfs the text below it and makes it all out of proportion.
3. All of the items on the right side should be front and center. If the user can't find it right away, they will leave. On our new website(to be released in the next month), the user can see info on services, tax tips, tax tables, sign up for our newsletter, see the performance of the Dow Jones, Nasdaq, and S&P 500, log into their account, see a random glossary definition, and see links to our LinkedIn and Facebook accounts without moving the page. All of the info is strategically placed but not cluttered. When I look at this, I think the company name is "Eco-Friendly Product Buy" and most of the page is blank.
4. The about us page does not convince me that you care about the environment so why should I?
5. The service page shouldn't be there. There should be a log in on the top on the front page. Once in your account you can access most of the info that is presented on the service page.
6. You should have a company profile page that contains your about us, policies, and privacy policy. These are not services.
Remember, at the end of the day I am just some guy on the internet. Don't take offense but I wouldn't shop on that site. Personally I think you would have been better using a GoDaddy template than Intuit.
Check my site in a few weeks and you can have at mine. CopperCanyonTax.com
