Are you using tax import? Help

Lacerte : 2011

We have not used tax import before wondered about those of you using it. I have 40 pages for 1 client and the clients who have a lot of investments has not even started coming in.. Tried calling Lacerte and kept being put on hold. Spoke to someone, I just could not understand. His dialect was very thick and couldn't make out two words. So I told him I would just call in the morning. Do you have to buy the whole package? Or can you pay per time you use it? We have the DMS system already and everything has been scanned. I thought he might have said $1400. Not quite sure. I really don't want to pay that on top of everything else we have paid for.

There is a Tax Import Community http://community.intuit.com/category/tax-import-for-lacerte-and-proseries I think its $1499 for unlimited use and $999 gets you a fixed number of uses (150?) Their web info is down now. Your Lacerte Rep should be able to help with questions..

The solution

Tax Import can be purchased in three ways.

You can pay per import.
You can purchase a bundle of 50 or a bundle of 150.
You can purchase unlimited usage.

Here is a link to the product web page. http://lacerte.intuit.com/products/tax-import/ti/ if you scroll about half way down you will see the list pricing for each the pay per use, the bundle options, or the unlimited.
