We want a report showing looks like AR Aging Summary report but listed down to each outstanding invoice level then subtotal for each customer.

Have not seen a report like this in QuickBooks.
An open invoice report will list the outstanding invoices with aging for each invoice, but the layout is not the way you are looking for.
