AP expenses not shown on P/L report
Why don't my accounts payable
expenses show on my p/l report?
I am referring to company expenses (not inventory) we have been billed for but the bills have not yet been paid.

You are probably running your P&L Report on a Cash Basis. To show the bills that have not been paid, Modify Report to Accrual Basis.
