Are there any electricians using the Field Service Management module for QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions? What have been your experiences with it? I have a client who is an electrician who is thinking about using it. He is particularly interested in how you use it, your work flow, and how it works with warranty companies. Would you be willing for them to contact you directly regarding your experiences?
I would definitely NOT recommend this module. It is not user friendly, the sync with QB crashes often and when you call support, they are clueless. Each of the last 5 times I have called, they put me on hold for most of the conversation and then said they would have to look into it and call me back. Needless to say, I never heard back from them. I will be switching to Method Integration soon.
Corrigo has added additional support technicians to its staff, so this concern should be resolved. Other customers are not having issues with the QB sync integration.
