You would have to call QuickBooks sales to ask how you could direct order.
Depending on where you are, if you are close to Staples, you can purchase it from that store.
There may be other stores that also sell QuickBooks produces.

Staples and other stores are an alternative for a purchase, but not for annual renewal.
Some of my clients STRONGLY resist pre-authorized debits from bank accounts and automatic credit card renewals. In previous years these clients have mailed cheques, but now Intuit flatly refuses to accept cheques or any other payment except direct debit or credit card.
Intuit has often been accused of ignoring customers in the blind pursuit of increasing profit. That's what this looks like.
