Advance Notification: Intuit credit card processing maintenance - Feb. 24
We're committed to providing reliable payment processing service to you and your business. As part of our efforts to improve service and increase uptime, we are taking our systems offline for a short period on 2/24/12 for planned maintenance.
To avoid inconvenience, we're scheduling this maintenance at a time when many businesses are closed. During this time; you can continue processing credit card payments via voice authorization. See below for details.
Our systems will be offline:
• | Friday, Feb. 24, from 11:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, Pacific Time. |
How does this affect you?
During this period, you will not be able to process credit cards from the following locations:
• | Within your QuickBooks software. |
• | Via the Merchant Service Center. |
• | Through the GoPayment mobile application. |
• | On your Intuit-based website or e-Commerce site. |
How to process credit card transactions during this time:
We value your business and know that you cannot afford any disruptions in service. You will be able to run voice authorizations for card transactions by calling the appropriate voice authorization:
• | Visa/MC/Discover/Amex: 800-228-1122. |
• | American Express: 800-528-2121. |
• | Discover: 800-347-1111. |
Once service is back online, please use QuickBooks or Online Terminal to capture the authorization.
