Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). Administrator ability to log off another user in order to switch to single user

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2010

Can the administrator log off another user in order to go to single user mode?

The situation occured when a remote user forgot to log off QuickBooks, yet was logged out of the server, and the administrator user needed to change to single user mode in order to use a third party application (download invoices from another software package).
