admin password recovery in POS 9.0
Is there any way to recover an admin password from POS 9.0?
if so what is the method? it is a multi-store setup. one of my managers quit suddenly and changed the passwords.

We are having the same issues with POS v9. This morning I went to open up the system and we unable to login. I was told quick books servers are down. Also We are unable to run credit cards. Usually we have that small icon in the right corner

Here's a link to a knowledge base article about password recovery and removal. There is a tool. For the most part, this should work, unless your Manager did something really devious!
